When rating a tenant on /landlord/rate/[id], each of the 7 weighted criteria (Rent Payment Timeliness 25%, Property Care 20%, Communication 15%, Lease Compliance 15%, Neighbourhood Relations 10%, Move-out Condition 10%, and Tenancy Length 5%) features a high-contrast semantic range slider:

1. Drag or Tap Benchmarks: Drag the 30px tactile slider thumb or tap any of the 4 benchmark buttons (e.g., Always Late, Sometimes Late, Usually On Time, Always On Time) for 1-click precision.
2. Semantic Colour Feedback: The slider fill and score badge shift automatically from Red (0–59 Poor) to Amber (60–69 Fair), Blue (70–89 Good/Very Good), and Emerald Green (90–100 Excellent).
3. Current Tenant N/A Normalisation: Check "N/A — Tenant is still occupying the property" under Move-out Condition to automatically normalise the remaining 6 criteria to 100% weight.

Your Cumulative TenantScore (0–100) is prominently displayed at the top of the evaluation page, inside the Sticky Right-Hand Command Centre on desktop, and inside a Fixed Bottom Glassmorphic HUD Bar on mobile devices—so you always see the exact score and risk tier update live as you adjust any slider.
